With 1 in 4 people experiencing mental health conditions each year, C2C are committed to improving the mental health of individuals through our suite of qualifications.
In a work environment, it is important not to simply be able to respond to a mental health crisis, with so called mental health first aiders. It is important and more effective to make mental wellbeing part of any day-to-day operations.
This is good health and safety management and pro-active rather than reactive.
C2C’s suite of qualifications start at Level 1 with a simple half day awareness qualification, aimed at anyone who wants a better understanding of their own mental health through to a Level 3 Mental Health at Work qualification.
Each of the three qualifications builds on each other, culminating in the learner being able to undertake simple mental health conversations at work.
With full, nationally recognised qualifications, C2C offer an overall plan for a positive mental health culture in the workplace; promoting a positive approach to mental health, an acceptance of mental health as part of day-to-day business and investing in a stronger leadership approach.
