This qualification has been designed to prepare learners for employment and support learners who are new to the customer service sector and wish to improve their knowledge of this area, resulting in the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification.
The qualification provides the knowledge and understanding in customer service for learners who deal, or intend to deal, with customers on a daily basis, as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments.
Learners will undertake classroom training and produce a portfolio of evidence to display their skills and knowledge within the principles of customer service.
All training is regularly delivered in Derby City Centre, Leicester, Nottingham and Newcastle, which all have excellent access and transport for attendees.
Fully funded places are available for learners that are:
- Aged 19+
- Have been resident in the UK/EU/EEA for the last three years
- In receipt of means tested benefit, or earn less than £15, 736.50 annual gross salary
