The Apprenticeship Levy provides large organisations with the opportunity to upskill existing staff with the new skills and knowledge required to support their role and the business, alongside supporting organisations to employ new apprentices.
C2C work with many levy paying organisations, including the emergency services and councils, to train and develop their workforces.
Apprenticeships offer a route of training and development which means individuals can learn while they earn.
For all employers with an annual wage bill of more than £3m, there is an apprenticeship levy in place to support apprenticeship training and staff development needs.
0.5% of this wage bill is allocated to the levy to enable you to reinvest this money back into apprenticeships and your staff. This levy is linked directly to your PAYE, with the funds automatically being transferred to your digital account service.
