For all employers with an annual wage bill of more than £3m, there is an apprenticeship levy in place to support apprenticeship training and staff development needs.
0.5% of the wage bill is allocated to the levy to enable employers to reinvest their money back into apprenticeships and their staff. This levy is linked directly to the employers PAYE, with the funds automatically being transferred to a digital account service.
C2C currently deliver for several levy paying organisations, including Bolsover District Council, Cleveland Fire Brigade, Cleveland Police, Doncaster Rovers, G4S Secure Solutions, North East Ambulance Service, Northumbria Police, Plastribution and Servest.
C2C are very experienced at meeting large employer and learner needs and provide value added training within all apprenticeship delivery.
