C2C deliver fully funded and tailored training packages that enhance workplace skills and employability opportunities for those who are unemployed, facing redundancy or earning a low wage.
All funding comes from the ESFA’s adult education budget and this provides fully certified training upon completion. The main areas of training include:
Working closely with job centres and local and national employers, C2C place learners onto relevant training packages and deliver formal qualifications that enhance workplace skills and support career progression. Where C2C deliver a licence to practice qualification, such as SIA and Forklift training, we work with the learners to provide financial support for the cost of the licence.
All training courses are devised to provide real opportunities and job outcomes for those looking for employment, while also upskilling those already in work.
For those seeking work, each training course can include functional skills and employability training, such as CV writing, interview techniques, team working and personal development alongside a vocational aim that links to the job market the learner wishes to enter.
New courses and qualifications are being added continually, and C2C welcome any enquiries about other courses of interest.
